PART XXXX 210 days with NO PROVE OR DISCLOSURES. TransUnion were unable to PROVE AND PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF INNACURATE BANKRUPTCY ACCOUNT ON MY CONSUMER REPORT. EVIDENCE ATTACHED SHOWED THAT XXXX DELETE ACCOUNT ON XX/XX/2023 AND THEY SENT A LETTER TO TRANSUNION TO DELETE THIS BANKRUPTCY ACCOUNT ON MY PUBLIC RECORDS. PART XXXX : DELETION OF FRAUDULENT LATE PAYMENTS By LAW XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX you cant furnish inaccurate information on my consumer report. You need to provide PROVE OF THESE LATE PAYMENTS. I need disclosures and TRANSUNION must abide by the conditions and compliance of the law XXXX XXXX XXXX : Time to make payments. COPY OF THE LAW : A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section XXXX ( XXXX ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date. Please provide a copy of the letter with tracking number sent by creditor with periodic statement including the information by section XXXX for each alleged late payment 21 days before payment due date.
