Experian is not showing accurate data for my credit reports. I saw my credit report and was highly disturbed. First issue : I called to have agent remove the fraud alert off my account. They sent email confirming they did and then they ADDED it back 2 days later. Now, when i call to speak to a agent or representative they gatekeep that option from me and dont allow me to talk to anyone to make immediate changes and differs me to a automatic machine with only 2 options to do via mail which is talk about fraud or my credit report ( Ive recorded the calls ) its insane! I cant even speak to an agent and verify my data over the phone they making me mail data but I already provided them all identifying information. Another major concern is all my credit cards are showing current but none of them are showing the ACtual amounts on the dates they were sent they are all showing XXXX dollars how is that legal. I thought credit bureaus have an obligation to report ACCURATE data ( see attachments for Clarity ) This is one of the other MaJOR concerning issues. I asked in XXXX to have you guys remove all the inaccurate addresses on file other than XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MD XXXX and the only mailable address which is the current one XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MD XXXX. It is still showing like 9 INACCURATE ADDRESSES ON FILE!!!!! I been demanded you guys remove those addresses. I also demanded you guys remove any data over 7 years ago that is derogatory and that simply needs to clean up my report the inaccurate addresses, the multiple name versions as I only want XXXX XXXX listed as the only valid name on my reports. What is going on? This is blantant at this point! Straight violation of FCRA rights and my UCC rights as the consumer. I also OPTEd OuT of any sharing of my personal data to other third parties and requested no sharing of my data especially anything negative like closed accounts, disputed accounts, charged off accounts etc. anything over 7 years old and anything thats in dispute and inaccurate I want removed. including the report. cFPb look at how many inaccurate addresses is on file thats over 7 years old AND I requested to be immediately removed in XX/XX/year>. Are you guys going to gold these ppl accountable. And whats going on with my right to speak with a live customer representative/ agent for EXPERIAN it seems we have another data breech on our hands and specifically for my account alleged. Im FURIOUS Ive included my Id, utility bill that has the verifying data HERE on CFPB to immediately remove that fraud alert off my account officially. As Im on high alert that by mailing the data it will mysteriously never get received. Im also working with a third party credit repair company to help assist me so the disputes put in are from me and valid. I sent you guys the validation to move forward with ALL the request for my account and do it expeditiously. I just received email today check attachments of them DENYING me access to my data and my request again AFTER I already submitted my ID and utility bill as they requesting. I have a right to one free annual report and because they are not allowing me to show my data I wasnt able to look at my current report and their online process is showing they want to force me to PAY for it! I have also sent another document showing that the intent to sue letter that Im moving forward with. Experian has been playing with my life, personal data, illegally sharing my data after Ive opted out and wont provide my consumer disclosure report. I need CFPB to step in soonest Also after I submitted the requested data. I didnt receive a email notification of the complaint and request sent so the attachment shows 2 different submissions with ID and utility bill included for proof of the required information being submitted
