I paid my debt of months ago and asked for the account to be closed. # 1 I never received a card in the 1st place but that is fine I used it in the store. # 2 The company apparently didn't close acct. # 3 the company said they closed acct but they charged me interest and fees then because I didn't pay it more fees are tacked on. # 4 I asked for it to be reviewed she said no matter what they will still and always charge me fees. I said you can't do that. She said you can never close this line of credit and will always have fees. I asked you mean for the rest of my life I will incur fees and interest?
