XXXX Account Name XXXX Under 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( I ) under exclusions late payments are illegal. the term consumer report does not include- any report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report must be accurate. Perplexing me, is that I did not give XXXX authorization to share my information with TransUnion, XXXX and XXXX. . According to section 1681s-3 of 15 US Code 1681 a " Definitions ; rules of construction Congress states that reports should only contain information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer ( XXXX XXXX and the person making the report ( XXXX ) I have asked that ( XXXX ) cease and desist reporting inaccurate information to Transunion, XXXX and XXXX unless they are able to provide ( A ) clear and conspicuously discloses from XXXX XXXX, in writing or in electronic form or other form permitted by the regulations prescribed under 6804 of this title that such information may be disclosed to such third party. ( B ) Please show where XXXX XXXX was given the opportunity, before the time that such information is initially disclosed to such third party; and ( C ) Please show where XXXX was given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option.
