Back on XX/XX/2023 I found that a {$300.00} pre authorization from XXXX XXXX XXXX on my credit card right away I contacted my credit card issuer to stop any transactions from XXXX XXXX XXXX because I cant find my card and canceled my account. The cancel my account and sent me a new card. On XX/XX/2023 w see a transfer charge to my new account from my previous canceled account in the amount of {$2500.00} which is over my credit limit I contacted the bank and the dispute the transaction after XXXX week the denied my request and contacted them again and explained to them I cancelled the old account and contact me before you approve any charges. They never did and asked them how you approve an amount almost double my card limit without contacting me they said its up to the bank which is not the case several times the did not approve any amount over the limit in the past relatively less than {$50.00} above my credit and reported my account to the credit agency for non payment.
