-The alleged Creditor failed to respond to my " Affidavit offer to perform upon debt validation letter '' and numerous communications were sent via mail to the alleged creditor 's address. I sent the alleged creditor a " Cease and Desist '' notice to stop all collections and reporting until the alleged creditor can verify and bring forth the " original contract '' and respond to stipulations in my " affidavit to perform upon debt validation letter ''. After giving the alleged creditor 30 days to respond to my " Affidavit offer to perform upon debt validation letter '' and numerous communications via mail, I have not received a response and have just been ignored. The alleged creditor after the fact there is a " Cease and Desist '' in place is still reporting derogatory information to the credit bureaus that's hurting my credit profile. Now I'm here to report Identity theft due to no response and have just been disrespectfully ignored.
