Venmo erroneously suspended my account and so I filed a previous complaint against Venmo with the CFPB ; then, Venmo sent me an email apologizing for the mistake and they explained that they un-suspended my account and told me I could use my account again. So, I logged into my newly un-suspended Venmo account 10 minutes later ; and, Venmo then re-suspended me a second time after they had literally just un-suspended my account 10 minutes earlier. Please look at the attached emails, and their timestamps, for verification of this. Please note that Venmo 's suspension of my account both times was erroneous on their end and that I did nothing wrong. Because of their incompetence, and because this is the second time they have suspended my account, I have filed this second complaint in relation to my account being suspended a second time.
