The information contained in your reporting to credit reporting agencies is inaccurate and incorrect and has caused major harm to my character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living. The inaccuracies contained therein are a clear violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended in 5 U.S. Code 552a. The inaccuracy of account information is a violation of my rights under 15 U.S. Code 1681e. The reporting of a charge-off is a violation of my rights under 15 U.S. Code 1681c. Per the IRS publication on income reporting : charge-offs are considered income. Income can not be reported to my credit file. The reporting of transaction history is a violation of my rights under 15 U.S. Code 1681a. As such, I am now invoking my right as a federally protected consumer, to opt out of all authorization of reporting I, the consumer, may have given you whether written, un-written, verbal, and/or non-verbal per 15 U.S. Code 6802.
