When a bank, credit company, automobile dealership, finance company try to check my credit score they always get the message that I have no credit and my score is XXXX. They requested that I make a copy of my driver 's license, social security card front and back and send them a letter saying what the problem is. I sent it 3 times and they finally got is and the problem is still not fixed. I call to check and no one can tell me anything. The company is Equifax. There is a loan company XXXX XXXX and I am due some money back and I can not get it back because they can not get my credit. Thanks for your help. XXXX XXXX
