To Whom It May Concern : I have recently reviewed my credit reports and noticed you are claiming that a late payment has been made on my account. I do not remember ever being late with a payment on this account. I had on-going issues with the company drafted my payments from my checking account instead of my saving account, which enabled me from making online payments. I have called the company several times after noticing returned payments from my checking account. I truly believe that it doesn't reflect my creditworthiness and commitment to repaying my debts.
