I asked the following : Has Wells Fargo ever sent me a certified letter when my loan was allegedly 120 days past due? If yes, please provide me with the copy of the letter. If no, please advise. They came back and said they would not respond to any more letters regarding the default letter. This is the first time I have ever asked about this letter. I sent this request to XXXX XXXX, CEO of Wells Fargo, and he had XXXX XXXX respond to the request. XXXX XXXX is located in the Escalations/Executive office.
