On or about XX/XX/2024 I had checked my consumer report and noticed a fraudulent collection account being reported to XXXX and XXXX on that same report from XXXX XXXX ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I have no Idea what this account is and I have never signed up for or taking any classes at that institution. in addition I would like to say that I am not known as XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX. My name is XXXX XXXX and that is what is shown on my state issued ID and drivers license. On my consumer report from Experian there are several inquiries that I am unfamiliar with and that I am certain that I did not authorize.
