I recently obtained a copy of my consumer report and I have found that there are violations contained in that report. There transactions being reported as late on some accounts. This is not allowed by law. More specifically the following section of the law states that 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( 2 ) Exclusions.Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term consumer report does not include ( A ) subject to section 1681s3 of this title, any ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ; I explain these things more in depth in a statement that I will attach to this complaint.
