'm disputing this account with Plaza Services, I do not owe the debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX nor was I made aware of this account from this company. I did sign a contract with this company nor have they contacted me about this debt before placing it on my credit report which is against the law. I have the right to dispute any debt and they went against that. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act XXXX Account # XXXX, has violated my rights. 15 U.S. C section 602 A States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. This company did send a validation debt letter or send me a letter about the debt prior to putting this on my credit which is against the law. I have also compalined over 30 days ago to the XXXX about this company and they still have failed to provide any proof or failed to investigate the matter.
