Greetings. I am contacting you since I am being subject to bad and unethical business practices at the time I leased a car in XXXX of XXXX. I went to a dealership and signed for a lease on a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for 48 months at $ XXXX. Currently, I am in the process of buying a home in XXXX and for some reason TransUnion Credit Bureau is showing that I owe the entire balance of the car ( Around $ XXXX at this moment ), while XXXX and XXXX are showing the correct amount, {$6100.00} remaining up to the end of the lease in XXXX XXXX. The company that is performing the bad and unethical business practices is : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I have tried to contact them several times and NOBODY has been able to resolve this issue. I have called for more than a month on different days with more than 30 min wait times at the phone per day, per call and I have even gone to a branch to speak with a Manager and no one could help me ( They don't have support for those complaints in-person ). I submitted a written complaint through Email on Friday XX/XX/XXXX for which I was told it would take 48 business hours to be responded and up to XX/XX/XXXX, 120 business hours have passed and nobody has contacted me either by phone or email. In addition to this, when I went to the branch on Monday XX/XX/XXXX I was told that I have a loan for some reason ( which I NEVER signed for since I just have a lease ) and that they don't know why it shows as $ XXXX in TransUnion ( wrong ) but it shows as {$6100.00} in XXXX and XXXX ( correct ). Also, on a call on Friday XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX, I was told that the owner of the vehicle is " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' and they are the ones responsible for handling the lease but after speaking with them on the same day, they told me that they see the same information as I have, a simple lease of $ XXXX ( NO LOAN ) and all the financials are handled by XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX not by XXXX since they just own the car, so apparently XXXX XXXX XXXX created a loan on my name and is showing in TransUnion Report which is not correct. This is hurting my credit score and my affordability to buy a house in XXXX. Also, I have proof that I have disputed this with TransUnion and XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX through XXXX XXXX since XXXX and XXXX of XXXX ( See attachments ) where neither of TransUnion nor XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX have resolved this for me. The correct amount that should be shown is just the remaining 14 months of lease which is around {$6100.00} not $ XXXX. I need this to be resolved as soon as possible since I need to apply for a mortgage and move by XXXX of XXXX when my rent ends. I don't know who else to contact. I would like to proceed with legal actions if necessary, with your bureau against XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. What company, entity or organization is engaging in conduct you believe violates the antitrust laws? R : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. How do you believe this entity may have harmed competition? R : It has harmed a customer by creating an apparent loan when the customer was sold a car lease and they have not been able to resolve this situation in several disputes since XXXX and recently through calls, direct emails and in-person at a branch.
