AMEX gave me XXXX $ cash bonus for my XXXX spend. I spent that money, after 8 months, I visited my country, I've asked if they charge foreign fee, and they said " yes. ". Then I closed my account. They did not say or informed me to return this XXXX $ ; if I close the account less than a year. I said I used this card, and I spent more than XXXX XXXX and I was not informed, or I signed any document. In this case I told them to refund an amount of XXXX $ ( XXXX of XXXX $ ), and they refused. Afterwards they sent me {$1.00} check, with an apology letter. But today I noticed that I owe more than {$300.00} ( with interests ). I did not get any credit from AMEX ; only cash bonus. But they charge an interest every month.And they informed this to credit offices. How can I cancel this misinformation from 3 credit offices?
