Transaction numbers : XXXX and XXXX provided and PayPal is refusing to refund me or take actions against the fraudster, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I sent and he received {$69.00} for a proposed Initial set up services fee plus a {$99.00} PROMO discount fee. Yet, XXXX pushed the themed that he was a massaeur and going to provide massage therapy sessions, per my request. Unfortunately, last minute ( yesterday ) and send a message, " something came up '' and he needed to postpone. I learned today that the " something that came up '' involved his " grandma '' who needed funds to cover for her " XXXX '' treatments. He proceeded to request more money from me and when that did not work, he asked that I send him a second payment of {$99.00} to which I responded, " I do not feel comfortable doing that, '' and STRONGLY encouraged him to reach out to PayPal ( if he did not receive the funds ) to find out what was happening. Ultimately, PayPal excused themselves from the matter and XXXX XXXX has sought to end any further communications with me. SCAMMED, " fantasy romance services. ''
