Due to financial hardship there was a flood in my home thus resulting in late on my XXXX payment which was made on XXXX second. I made XXXX payment on XX/XX/24 which is the last date before the account is considered late for XXXX. I received notification from TransUnion that my account was 30 days delinquent which is incorrect it was current as of XX/XX/24 and the following payment for XXXX was received less than 13 days later. I respectfully request my credit report be amended to current as all payments were received. I called XXXXXXXX XXXX on XX/XX/24 to address the incorrect reporting on my credit report and XXXX the representative would not listen to me or address my concerns. I asked to speak with a supervisor was told she would transfer me and instead they kept me on hold and then hung up the call. Which I encourage them to pull the call as all calls are recorded for quality assurance and monitoring. The representative was very rude and unprofessional and didnt address my concerns or create a ticket to address my concerns. This resulting in needing to file a complaint. This XXXX payment will hinder my progress with closing/selling my home in the next three weeks thus resulting in impending homelessness.
