On XX/XX/XXXX ADP took {$3400.00} out of my account. They said it was a forfeiture. I caught it on XXXX. Called them and they would not explain it to me. Said I needed to speak with my companys administrator. I did and my company administrator said they were not right in do it and in fact they had done it for several other people at the company. Our company administrator could not get a good explanation from them either but ADP admitted that it should not have happened and they would correct it and put the money back. Some time between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX they totally erased the transaction as if it never happened, however my account value only went up by {$1700.00} between those two dates. In addition my account, by ADPs calculation, had been showing an over 20 % gain between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. So, my account should have gone up by {$3400.00} plus the 20 % gain. Also, after they erased the transaction, the ADPs calculation of my net gain dropped to less than 16 %. I have requested an explanation, but to this day they have not even attempted to give me one. They tell me to see my company administrator and she says ADP is not giving her answers. These people are supposed to be a fiduciary, but they wont explain to me what they did and why it doesnt appear to me like they put enough money back into my account.
