I purchased a loan from Easy pay finance of XXXX to pay for car repair. I was told that I had 90 days to pay with a XXXX Fee. I never received statements or notifications that my 90 days was and if I didn't pay the balance they would charge me interest from the day of the loan at 199 percent. I had paid them XXXX of the XXXX I checked my credit score to find out that it has gone down because they had charged me another XXXX and my new balance was still the same despite me paying XXXX every 2 weeks for months. That's very deceptive. I was unaware that this would happen or given notification of the date this would take place. Now they have reported to the credit bureau that I am 30 days late. I have tried to settle the account for what I rightfully owe. Because of the deceptive and predatory lending practices they will not budge.
