1 ) Achieve personal loans Acct # XXXX : Factual disputing and an billing error. This account is not reporting uniform with the other bureaus and there is a billing error based on 15 US 1666B. MUST BE REMOVED 2 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX Facutal disputing and billing error. 15 US 1666N. MUST BE REMOVED 3 ) XXXX- Account # XXXX Factual disputing and billing error. 15 US account must be removed. 4 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX / XXXX - ACCOUNT # XXXX factual disputing and billing error. 15 US 1666B ACCOUNT MUST BE REMOVED. I have submitted requests multiple times to EXPERIAN to update my file to be accurate and complete and they continue to ignore my requests and refuse to abide by the law. They claim it is not me requesting my file to be updated. I have sent them proof of my identity but they still have inaccurate information on my file like the accounts above. I have attached reports from EXPERIAN, XXXX and XXXX. EXPERIAN has different information. Their report is not accurate, complete or uniform. This is against the law. XXXX STILL HAS XXXX XXXX ON THE CREDIT FILE. THIS ACCOUNT IS NOT ON EXPERIAN OR XXXX AND MUST BE DELETED. I continue to request them to update the file based on factual report and billing errors. They refuse. I need your help holding them accountable.
