I filed a dispute of {$700.00} for the purchase of a bed. The bed was incomplete ( missing the headboard ) when I received it and the merchant was notified. Capital one has failed to protect my charge back rights and or investigate this claim on two separate occasions. The second time stating that because I used cashapp ( a third party ) they wont help yet if I used XXXX they would and have in the past. That is an inconsistent practice and fails to protect me as the customer. This purchase was made using my DEBIT card with a XXXX logo and as such I am entitled to chargeback rights and to have them charge back this transaction. XXXX refused to file a chargeback on this transaction and failed to assist when advised of the situation. Furthermore capital one was given over 31 screenshots of proof of the issue with the transaction which they acknowledge receiving. So they are aware the merchandise was not delivered. The claim # s are XXXX and XXXX
