I have reported and been working with the federal trade for identity theft. This debt originated from XXXX XXXX XXXX it states however plaza services took over and now XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I do not know who opened this account when or why it was opened. Also it is under the last name XXXX which I have not had since XXXX. I have contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX, they state that its handed off to plaza services llc. I contacted plaza services llc they diverted me to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX which I asked to provide all documentation on this account and they were hateful and failed to do so. Now I have been served a civil warrant which I am XXXX!
