I purchased an online vanilla visa gift card from www.vanillagift.com for {$400.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I wasnt able to use the card right away so I contacted the customer service to let them know that I was having problems using it and that also wouldnt let me add it to XXXX XXXX. The representative said that I would have to give it 24hrs and try it again. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, the gift card was used at a XXXX in XXXX XXXX, Hawaii.. There was no way I could have made this transaction because I live in Alabama. No one else had access to online gift card so I was asking the representative how was this possible and they dont even have an explanation. They kept telling me I would have to wait a certain amount of days until the transaction post to start a dispute so finally on XX/XX/XXXX I was able to open a dispute case.. I finally received the results of the investigation on XX/XX/XXXX and they are saying the card was present in Hawaii when the transaction was made. That doesnt even make sense when this was an online gift card that I only had access to. This company has been giving me the run around for months. If you do a quick XXXX search, There are many other people who have had this same problems with company. This company is stealing people hard earned money and not being held accountable.
