My mortgage was recently transferred from XXXX XXXX XXXX to Freedom Mortgage. While at XXXX we made some additional principal payments which reduced the loan payoff significantly, and at the time of the transfer we had less than 170 payments remaining with a payoff date around XX/XX/year>. The Freedom Mortgage website does not take this into account and shows my payoff as XX/XX/year> and they said that they know its wrong but its just how their website is and they won't fix it. I also can not view the amortization schedule and they want to charge {$10.00} for me to view this information ( which will not even be correct since they don't know when my real payoff date is ). When I called, it took over 45 minutes and 4 transfers just to get to the right department who could not help. The website is full of junk ads for their affiliates and this company seems more interested in selling more services instead of servicing existing ones.
