We have tried to get this account closed so we can close the estate for over 6 months. The first request was never responded to by PNC until they sent the wrong paperwork. When we followed up, our paperwork for the estate had expired so we had to reinstate the estate. We sent that paperwork in XX/XX/XXXX. They posted as received on XX/XX/XXXX. Depsite visits to meet with XXXX, manager of the XXXX XXXX, MD branch and numerous calls the the Retirement call center, we have not received one call back from anyone and no paperwork. We asked that the call be escalated to a supervisor during every single call and all they would do is take our number and tell us that the two supervisors XXXX ( sp? ) and XXXX would call us within 48 hours. We never received a single call. After XXXX in the call center for retirement failed to provide assistance we called back and spoke to XXXX in the same call center who filed an executive level complaint ( XXXX ) - first call back was from XXXX left message and said on vacation for a week will get back to us later
