I recently viewed my credit report and noticed an account that was reported in accurately. I had 2 late payments that were in fact paid on time. The consumer agencies need to report all information with complete accuracy. This account has not been late on payments. I have attached a copy of this report to this complaint on the following dates. Account # XXXX The payment for XX/XX/23 and payment XX/XX/23 were never late. Its showing payment for XX/XX/23 was 60 days late and payment XX/XX/23 was 90 days late. That makes no sense, especially since the monthly payment prior wasnt late at all. How could this be 60 days late. I am now requesting you investigate and provide your viable proof with record showing that I had late payments. If this information can not be verified, I demand these payments be updated to paid on time immediately.
