This complaint is against Experian ID Restoration Services relevant to their False Advertising. Experian advertises a XXXX XXXX liability Insurance Policy, to cover any expenses or losses which take place while you are utilizing their services as a member. They fail to mention that they utilize a second rate Insurance Company to pay their claims. The name of the Insurance Company is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( an XXXX XXXX ). This Company has a history of failure to honor claims. XXXX XXXX XXXX stated Stupid reasons in their failure claims, even when the record plainly shows their error. They tend to state that the losses did not take place when policy was in force, they disregard bank records which show they are wrong. Dealing with identity theft is stressful enough, without dealing with an Insurance Company which tends to deny claims, and fails to communicate other than to deny claims, and fails to work with the customer for a Resolution. Many of their Customers have had this same problem, with XXXX XXXX XXXX failure to honor contract!!!
