I am a victim of identity theft. My personal information was used without my knowledge or consent to obtain credit and personal loans, including an installment loan opened with Cherry Technologies Inc . I learned that an account was opened in my name without my knowledge or consent in XX/XX/year> when I received a credit alert that a charged off account was reported on my XXXX credit report. I filed a police report with the XXXX and a FTC Identity Theft report. I also contacted Cherry Technologies to dispute the account as fraudulent, but was unsuccessful. I have also attempted to submit a dispute with XXXX. I requested that this information be removed and blocked from my credit report because it was a fraudulent account. I also provided a copy of the identity theft report. However, the charged off fraudulent account has not been removed.
