In approximately XXXX or XXXX of XXXX I was referred to XXXXXXXX XXXX and XXXX who informed me that they accepted my health insurance, were in network and that THEY called my health insurance and RECIEVED PRE AUTHORIZATION from my health insurance for medical treatment and that my co-pay was {$150.00}. Under these false pretenses, I paid XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX the {$150.00} co-pay and proceeded with treatment on XX/XX/2022. I was later surprised with a large bill in the amount of {$860.00}. I contacted XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXmmediately who then informed me they were " OUT OF NETWORK '' refused to correct their mistake or adjust the bill in anyway. I am protected from this surprise bill under the No Suprises Act effective as of XX/XX/2022. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX has sent me to Collections and is destroying my credit. I informed the collection agency, XXXX XXXX XXXX who was formerly notified that the bills they've reported is protected under the " No Suprises Act '' XXXX XXXX XXXX refused to take the bill off my credit report and further validated the debt with the credit bureas so that I can not dispute it myself with the bureas like XXXX.
