On XX/XX/XXXX, a fraudulent XXXX credit card was opened in my name. As soon as I saw the hard inquiry on my credit report, I called XXXX, and all of the credit bureaus. I filed a dispute. It was found to be fraud. XXXX said they sent all of the information to the credit bureaus. XXXX then removed the fraudulent hard inquiry from my credit report. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, Trans Union still had not removed the inquiry from my credit report, claiming they never received the documentation from XXXX. I called XXXX and they confirmed they sent the information months ago. I want Trans Union to take the fraudulent inquiry off of my credit report. When I spoke to Trans Union today, they were not helpful, they told me they never received anything from XXXX and therefore cant take anything off of my credit report.
