I am writing in regard to a recent purchase experience that occurred on XX/XX/2023 : I went to the XXXX XXXX and purchased a pet with a salesperson named XXXX for {$4500.00} at the time of purchase I was advised that I would have 48 hours to make a return no questions asked and at no charge to me if it didnt work out due to my schedule as I was hesitant to make the purchase with my long work hours. I came back to the store less then 48 hours on XX/XX/XXXX and reluctantly returned the pet to the store and at that time I was given a release letter and in this letter it stated that the return amount was {$330000.00} as a store credit I wont be using the store credit. I called the XXXX comenity bank and I explained them the situation the store charged me {$4500.00} and the store credit is {$33000.00} which is a discrepancy of {$1100.00} according to comenity bank, they want me to make payments for something that was returned to the store I believe comenity bank needs to dispute directly with XXXX store not with me, because I have proof that the dog was return to the store. I feel very disappointed that they are not working with me I called several times and nothing has been done I dont want to be reported it to the credit company for not making payments. I would like to dispute this charge and hopefully the situation can be resolve
