This debt has been charged off by a third party. This company is reporting fraudulent inaccurate information on my credit report.I have requested that they provide the purchase agreement to show full ownership of such account and also other documents so I may review to see if this is actually an account that belongs to me. I also have never received a 1099c cancellation of debt form from the IRS.Not to mention they have violated my rights under code15U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( a ).
