When a client of Stockton Mortgage made an offer on my property they ensured a fast easy closing. This was not the case, XXXX XXXX, kept asking for more and more information from my HOA until it got to a point they were no longer able to provide because they themselves did not have a resolution or the information. When we pointed out that two other lenders just closed perfectly fine on this ( and provide title reports as proof ) with this ongoing minor litigation that is under XXXX they simply said that's great but not us. When I point out the FNMA allows lenders discretion on minor litigations when it doesn't involved safety concerns, or structural issues they didn't even address it. I feel Stockton Mortgage is a highly prejudice company and was not willing to do anything to resolve the matter. They have costs me thousands of dollars by delays and eventually forced their client to pull out the sale.
