Dear Sir/Madam, I'm reaching out because I'm in a tough spot with my mortgage. On XX/XX/XXXX, my old mortgage company, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ), passed my mortgage to a new mortgage company, Mr. Cooper. But they didn't sort out my XXXX payment ( mortgage monthly installment plus extra principal that due on XX/XX/XXXX, {$5000.00} paid on XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX ) properly. I waited over 45 days for Mr. Cooper to get my payment, but they said they didn't get it. I tried contacting XXXX but they just said to wait. Now it's been 45 days, and Mr. Cooper still hasn't got my payment. I'm worried and confused because I don't know what's happening with my XXXX payment for the installment due on XX/XX/XXXX. Neither of the lender said they got the money, or refunded the extra payment. Meanwhile, to avoid late fees, I had to pay twice on XX/XX/XXXX for same mortgage installment that due on XX/XX/XXXX to Mr. Cooper, double payment for sure because the previous payment to XXXX never applied. Can you please help me figure this out? I really need some assistance with this issue. Thank you for your help.
