XXXX was charging me for a phone that was stolen and was also charging me monthly service for a phone I didnt not have. Jefferson Capital put derogatory on my credit report for in correct balance thats XXXX gave them. {$510.00}. Which is totally in correct. I switched my cell service back last XXXX and XXXX kept sending me a bill for monthly service on my device the was no long on the network. And for a phone thats was paid off times over. I explained this to XXXX XXXX about last year 2023. And I was told by a representative basically this XXXX was the balance that they gave them and this is what they expected me to pay. I told the rep kindly. Im not paying that cause thats not what I owe them. I have screenshots of every month they were charging me and I had removed my service from the in the beginning off last year. I told the rep I owe the less then {$200.00} dollars. I will pay that but Im not paying them XXXX cause they were charging me for a service I did not have. She goes on to tell me about this device that I had which XXXX knew the device was stolen and not in my possession they said call XXXX XXXX would not pay for the phone because they wanted me to get a new phone. I told them I didnt want a new phone. They need to take care of the issue with XXXX about the phone. Meaning they wanted to get another phone which I didnt so they told me they would not accept my claim. Which also is why XXXX and Jefferson Capital is trying to say I owe {$510.00}. Again Im not paying this especially when they charge me {$300.00} of monthly service for a phone I didnt have in years.
