I opened my mortgage with UWM in XX/XX/XXXX and setup an escrow account. In XX/XX/XXXX, I received a property tax sale. I logged in and looked and it shows the bank was collecting escrow from me, they did " pay '' my taxes, but the money was always returned to my account. Then supposedly they sent me an escrow overpayment check, which I never received. I called the bank before the sale date in XXXX, and they said they will fix it. I saw the Tax sale took place on XX/XX/XXXX. My taxes have not been paid at all for XXXX to present. The mortgage company even lowered my monthly payment supposedly because there was too much money in escrow, and now when I add up how much I owe for XXXX, XXXX and now XXXX, and calculate how much money i paid in escrow, I would still be short {$4100.00}
