Essentially, a potential fraudulent third party seller by the company name XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX refuses to respond to me when my package was never delivered. XXXX will not do anything about it I have tried and I have proof of the package never delivering which has been sent to Affirm XXXX times now. My dispute constantly gets denied regardless of the evidence I provide no matter how irrefutable. I am currently trying a XXXX time after going to my local police department and getting a police report done for further evidence. Ive also been told by affirm to wait XXXX days and I wait the days and get no response. Its like they are too lazy to actually look into it. ANYONE can find out that the package was never delivered to me by calling XXXX, requesting a representative, and telling them my tracking number and address. After you tell them this, they will say that was never the address the package was supposed to deliver too. Additionally, SOMEONE ELSE signed for the package. I have proof of this, being its through the tracking number on XXXX. I also cameras of my residence in which nothing was ever delivered to me or my neighbors. Affirm saying that the items were delivered is based solely off XXXX online system and they are doing no extra digging into the actual shipping company. I have way more proof than what I have attached of my order never arriving but I can not send videos or screen recordings to you all at CFPB. Ive also report the XXXX XXXX business to the XXXX of New York through consumer affairs and consumer affairs in Tennessee.
