XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX is reporting incorrect and inaccurate information to my credit report from XXXX XXXX which is a closed account with a late payment in XX/XX/2023, which is INCORRECT! XXXX is reporting the late payment in XX/XX/2023. Equifax is reporting the late payment in XX/XX/2023, and XXXX is reporting the late payment in XX/XX/2023. Which are all incorrect and inaccurate dates with all XXXX bureaus I was never late on this paid off account. Please show me documentation showing proof of a transaction showing I was ever late to support your inaccurate reporting on my account. If you can not supply this please delete these alleged late payments from my credit report per usc 15 1666B a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card as an open ended consumer credit plan.
