I leased the vehicle from Hyundai motor finance in XXXX. Hyundai motor finance was charging me property tax on my vehicle that I did not owe I put in an abatement back in XX/XX/XXXX they never sent it in. I was in touch with corporate in touch with everybody from the escalation team, you name it from Hyundai motor finance. Back in XX/XX/XXXX. I made my car payment as I always do 40 days after that I was getting credit alerts that I was delinquent. I was over 40 days late. It turned out that they allocated my car payment for paying for taxes again that I did not owe. In the interim, my credit has suffered tremendously immediately my credit score dropped XXXX points and its been a domino effect ever since I have credit cards that now reduce their credit limits anywhere from {$8000.00} credit limit down to {$1200.00}. Ive had credit cards just simply closed their accounts on me and they are still not rectify the situation. I need this off my credit report and I need them to compensate me for the damages that they have done.
