Caliber home loans now known as XXXX XXXX sold our loan to XXXX in XXXX, I believe in XXXX. We did receive the mortgage loan interest statement from XXXX timely, but nothing from caliber. We have made over a dozen phone calls to caliber to try and get the statement sent to us, but can not get through to their customer service. It is an automated system that asks for our account number, Social Security number or phone number and when we provide this information, the recording states that we are not a valid customer and just disconnects us. We have yet to speak to an actual person. This is absurd. It is now XX/XX/XXXX. We are trying to do our taxes and have heard nothing from caliber home loans, now known as XXXX XXXX regarding our XXXX mortgage tax interest statement. There is no excuse for this and I know that I am not the only former customer of caliber home loans that is having this issue. Disgusting customer service. Please help. Thank you.
