I am highly upset and very stressed by the many times I have reached out to the credit reporting agencies to fix the issues on my consumer report letting them know these inaccurate items are not mines. I have been XXXX and suffered so much pain due to these inaccurate items being on my report not being able to get basic living needs for me and my family. This a serious matter and threat to me and my family. I need these accounts that are not mines to be deleted from my credit report as soon as possible. I did my research on the laws and in section 1611 ( a ) it states that failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately delete them. Also Section 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( iii ) I have the right to deny anything being reported on my credit report. The items I have provided in my notarized letter attached I am demanding them to be deleted immediately or the reporting agency will force me to file for litigation due to the stress it has caused me. I am authorizing this investigation this is not a third party company.
