Midland Credit Management : This company has been reporting a collection account which i have sent multiple dispute letters, validation requests, original conracts between this company and myself, proof of alleged debt, cease and decist of all comunications.. the company has failed to provide any relevant documentation reguarding my requests, it contionues to report negative information damaging my credit score resulting in denials to credit applications. niether Midland or any of the 3 major CRA 's are properly handling my disputes, they are continuing to violate my rights and damage the financial welbeing of my family and myself. i have brought my complaint to the CFPB more than once now, why is the CFPB not taking this more serious? I was under the impression that the CFPB would address this matter with urgency and stop these companies from doing further damage? Midland Credit Management, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX have all been notified of my concerns and have neglected to correct the inaccuracies!
