the company said I got a phone from XXXX but I have never owned a XXXX phone. I gave them the account number on my file they said 'this account doesnt belong to you it belongs to someone else.. But it was placed on my file. Then they said respond before XX/XX/2024 i responded to them XXXX XXXX and they still placed this on my credit report. I was in the process of buying a home and this popped up and delayed the process I am now asking for {$1500.00} for my pain and suffering and the money i spent out looking for a relator only to find out you guys placed false information on my credit report. I also want this removed from my credit report as I contacted the corporate team of XXXX and they said they have never heard of my account or do the have my social on file and I sent them a recording. So if i am not paid and this is not removed from my account I will be obtaining a lawyer.
