I have been back and forth with Experian asking them to remove accounts and address that are not mines. Im in the process of buying me a house and I noticed that a collection was placed on my account XXXX XXXX XXXX I spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX the account number that was reported belonged to someone else. My first question is how did Experian not catch that now im out of {$1500.00} dollars for my relator finder fee so im requesting a settlement in the amount of {$1500.00}. Also my next problem is you have a commercial address listed on my report regardless of the numerous times i have called in and explained the issue you guys refuse to remove the address or account. First you stated the address and account is gone which i will attach and I look on my credit its still there. Im suing for that also another {$1000.00} for violating consumer rights. I told you guys the account XXXX XXXX doesn't belong to me and the information that they sent was not a validation of debt. It said XXXX XXXX XXXX not XXXX XXXX XXXX. So i look forward to hearing from you guys with a settlement agreement and a removal from my credit report .I urge you to take immediate action to correct the inaccuracies in my credit report and provide me with written confirmation of the same. Failure to do so will leave me with no alternative but to seek legal recourse.
