XXXX managed my refunded student loan after the student loan forgiveness act. They are claiming that I didnt make payments but no one ever contacted me and told me that my payments were due. I paid my account in full in XXXX when I realized that my the loan refund was rejected due to the Supreme Court decision. Had I known, or if I had received correspondence sooner I would have paid it in full sooner. They have ruined my credit as a result. Before this my credit was near perfect and they destroyed it. This misunderstanding should be rectified immediately.
