Follow up to complaint XXXX. The company stated that they would deliver relief in the form of a check, but we have not received any communication from the company at all. The .PDF file attached to the original case, mentioned above, contains a shipper tracking number, but when that number is looked up on the shipper 's web site, the correspondence was delivered to an address in New York state, not to my home address which was correctly listed in the .PDF.
