I have reached out to this company First Access XXXXXXXX through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX several times. I have disputed this account several times. I have a recorded phone call with this company station that if I sent in supporting documents, they would remove the account from my credit and they have failed to do so. I emailed this company on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I have sent over my FTC report, Police Report and my previous residential lease that clearly shows where I was living at the time this account was fraudulently opened. I have also requested this company to send me Hard, evidential proof that I opened this account and have yet to receive nothing but a letter stating that my claim was denied. No proof, no signatures, no hard evidence. Just a letter saying that the info provided on the application matches my personal info. Well, of course it does because they used my personal information to open the account. They also stated in the letter that the email address I contacted them from ( XXXX ) matches their records, which is indeed a blatant XXXX because I obtained that email address in XXXX and this account was opened in XXXX.
