I have received settlement offer letters from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; Monarch Recovery Management , Inc., and XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX all offering settlements for an account with XXXX with XXXX XXXX. They have all offered different amounts for settlement. Client services never even stated the amount owed on they debt they were trying to collect for. they just offered a settlement They have never provided any documentation about the debt owed, any signed contracts of the debt owed, or proof that the debt belongs to me by original creditor. Each one has/had called every single day multiple times a day.
