Earlier, I filed a complain regrading how amex issue and authorize me for two XXXX XXXX platinum cards. After signup for both, I was never able to access the account that I never used that card myself being totally unaware, was decided to be charged for the annual fee. I paid the remaining balance which my roommate made purchases with ( without my knowledge ). When I updated and informed them with that. They still decided to charge me the annual fee keeping the so called " balance ''. I have decided that I'm NOT going to pay that annual fees as is it totally unfair practice on the amex side. I've never had balance on ANY of my cards ever. But today, I had it all, I tried using my other cards which were ALWAYS paid on TIME ( AND NEVER MISSED A SINGLE PAYMENT ), it got declined saying I had balance on some account. So moving forward, I am writing this to you CFPB, if you are so called decision making authoritative organization. If you have any power try to reach them out any get it resolved, if not I won't be paying any balance on any amex card and would NEVER be their customer! THANK YOU!
